well from what i saw of betterman in comercials it looks cool, mechs suits (not huge like gundams, more like BGC mech suits) and hotties [img]tongue.gif[/img]
Lain is confusing at first, but most of it starts to make sense near the end of the series (It's 13 episodes). Just don't watch it out of order O_o; The last episode was awesome.

and im glad Alice wasnt permenantly traumatized i like her, shes rly nice and kinda kawaii too XD

Right. Fruits Basketis one of the BEST shoujo series I have ever seen (besides Full moon wo sagashite) and the story is basically about a young girl named Tohru Honda, who is suddenly orphaned when her mother is killed in a car accident.
Tohru goes to stay with her grandfather but her aunt's family decides to move in and there is little room. So instead, Tohru decides to live out in a little tent, until one of her popular boy classmates, Yuki Sohma, and his cousin Shigure Sohma, find out about it. He and Shigure invite her to stay with them until she is able to live with her grandfather.
She tries to refuse for fear she will make them feel uncomfortable but is forced to when her tent is destroyed by a mudslide and everything she owns is buried under dirt.
While living at the house, Tohru is introduced to other members of the Sohma family such as Kyou. She begins to think they are just another normal family until she finds out about the Sohma family secret when she accidently embraces Kyou, Yuki and Shigure and they turn into animals. The reason being is because specific members of the Sohma bloodline are cursed and when hugged/huggled/glomped by a member of the opposite sex, he or she will change into an animal of the Zodiac.
Examples of animal forms: Yuki turns into a rat, Kyo turns into an orange cat, Shigure turns into a dog, Hatshuharu into a cow, ect. etc. One animal for every animal in the Zodiac.
Kyou is special in a way, he changes into the cat, in the story of Jyunishi, the legend says that there was going to be a party held up on a mountain and all the animals were invited to join, the cat had a very important part to play at the party but the he was tricked by the rat and he took the cat's position for himself. So for that reason in both animal and human form Yuki and Kyou despise each other. But throughout Tohru's stay in the Sohma household she seems to bring everyone a little closer together, including Yuki and Kyou.
And from there the story develops...

Oh man, i've only got 6 more episodes of Dragon Ball Z to go, then i'll be free of the evils of DBZ forever!! And we're getting DBGT too! (Reason i'm so happy is because i'm looking forward to the end of DBZ and some better anime coming out)
